Once RISE wins a city pilot and it completes a first quarterly review, this page becomes a real entry — with outcome metrics, partner quotes, the data the platform surfaced, and the decisions a city made because of it.
Until then, we are publishing nothing. Foundation program officers and city procurement officers see through invented case studies on first read, and we would rather show an honest empty shelf than a stocked-with-noise one.
