By booking a paid session, purchasing a service, or otherwise engaging us, you agree to these terms. If we sign a separate services agreement (SOW, MSA, contract), that document takes precedence over these terms wherever they conflict.
We deliver the work described on the service detail page for the engagement you purchased, within the timeline stated, to the quality bar described. If we believe we cannot deliver any of those, we will tell you before taking the engagement — or, if something changes mid-engagement, as soon as we know.
Paid sessions are processed at booking through Stripe. Fixed-price services are billed via Stripe Checkout up-front unless we agree in writing to a milestone payment schedule.
Custom engagements (Automation Buildout) are quoted in writing and paid on a milestone schedule defined in the quote.
Discovery calls. Free. Nothing to refund.
Strategy sessions and fixed-price services. If we cancel a session, you get a full refund or a rebook. If you cancel with at least 24 hours' notice, we rebook at no charge. With less than 24 hours' notice, the first late-cancellation is rebooked free; subsequent ones forfeit the booking fee.
Fixed-price audits or buildouts. If we've started work, refunds are partial and pro-rated to the work completed. If we haven't started, full refunds inside 14 days of purchase.
Anything you tell us in the context of an engagement is confidential. We don't share client information without permission, we don't publish case studies without explicit approval, and we'll sign your NDA before any work begins if you have one.
We are not lawyers, not accountants, not licensed financial advisors, and not your registered agent. Where an engagement touches on legal, tax, or licensing questions, we point you to qualified specialists. Our work is operational and technical; the licensed work stays with people who hold the licenses.
Our total liability for any engagement is limited to the amount you paid us for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
