Einharjer Innovative Solutions, LLC is a California limited liability company headquartered at 2436 E. 4th Street #1303, Long Beach, California 90814. This policy covers the einharjer.org website and any service we deliver under the Einharjer Innovative Solutions name.
Site analytics. We use privacy-friendly analytics (Vercel Analytics) that record aggregated page views and performance metrics. No cookies are set, and we do not record individual visitor identity.
Booking data.If you book a call through our scheduling provider (Cal.com), they collect the information you enter — typically name, email, and any optional notes. We see that same data. Cal.com's privacy policy applies to their handling of it.
Payment data. If you book a paid session or engage a paid service, payment is processed by Stripe. We never see your card number. Stripe collects the data it needs to process the payment; their privacy policy applies.
Email. If you email us, we keep that email — and our reply — in our mail account for as long as the conversation is useful. We do not import your address into a marketing tool without your explicit opt-in.

RISE itself is a separate product with its own data-handling standards designed for the human-services context. RISE handles personally identifiable client data under HUD HMIS FY2026 standards, 42 CFR Part 2, VAWA tenant isolation, and CCPA. This website's policy does notcover RISE's handling of pilot client data — that is governed by the pilot's Data Use Agreement (DUA) and is documented separately for each engagement.
