We don't hand out a self-serve login. RISE handles client records governed by four separate confidentiality regimes, and the right way to show it is with someone in the room who can answer for it.
A working walkthrough takes about thirty minutes. You see the caseworker's day, the coordination the platform does before anyone signs off on it, and the reporting a funder asks for at renewal. Every record in it is synthetic.
Bring the questions you would actually ask a vendor. Where the answer is “not built yet,” we'll say so — we would rather lose the meeting than oversell the product.

RISE is being built against the HUD HMIS data standards, 42 CFR Part 2, VAWA, and the CCPA. Those regimes shape almost every screen — what a caseworker sees, what a funder never sees, what the platform is allowed to compute at all.
A demo environment handed out on an open link teaches the wrong lesson about how we treat access. If we would not do it with your clients' records, we should not do it with a demonstration of the system that holds them.
It is also, plainly, still being built. We would rather show it to you with the rough edges named out loud than let you find them alone.
